You can find the vault inside a client's profile. The vault is for storing information for the clients. There are 4 sections inside the client vault. We are going to dig into two of the here Notes and Goals. The other two items are going to be Personal Resources and Resource Folders
The Notes and Goals sections are available for just coaches to see.
Notes are great to record data from sessions or things to remember to bring up for your next call.
The goals are for putting in intake information so you have an easy place to find what your clients want to achieve.
