When adding a video to a lesson, you have two options. When selecting the add insert video icon, you can add a video via link, embed, or upload.
When you use the link, you can add the URL or link from the video streaming service you choose.
When you use the embed option, you will need the code to put it into the text box.
For upload, you need an mp4 file (.mov files will not upload).
A video can be added to a new lesson or one that is already created.
