In Coach Catalyst lingo, elements are lesson, action, or message that you would add to a program. These elements can also be added to a client's journey without a program being assigned.
You will choose a client you want to add any of these individual elements to a client's journey.
To add the element click the '+' on the bottom right corner next to the date that you want to add the element.
When you add the lesson, action, or message you will want to start typing in the box that says 'Select existing or create a new lesson. If you have not created or saved lessons, you will be able to start typing the lesson title in the box, to be able to create the new lesson/action/message:
