The ability to copy a workout (or other elements) and then paste it to another day without having to save it as a template is priceless.
Copy and Paste is pretty simple.
Click the 3 dots to the right on the workout/action/lesson/form/message
Click Copy (or delete)
Select the day you want to Paste
Want to paste on multiple days at once?
Just hold shift and paste on as many days as you want!
Want to copy and paste from one month to the next?
Toggle from the calendar view to the list view
Click the 3 dots to the right on the workout/action/lesson/form/message
Click Copy (or delete)
Scroll to the new month
Select the day you want to Paste
