We have two apps for our software: one for coaches and another for clients.
Coach Catalyst App
The Catalyst Catalyst coaches app allows you to read and respond to messages on the go, view client progress and add new clients, add new content to a client's account (such as a program, lesson, action, workout or form), view and enter metrics for a client, access communities, and update your profile!

MyCoach App
The MyCoach client app allows clients to access the program dashboard (where they can view lessons, actions, workouts and forms). They can also interact with communities, add and edit metrics and photos, and send messages to the coaching team.
In the You tab, they can view resources (such as PDFS and links) and past/saved lessons and workouts. They can track their progress, connect apps (such as wearable and nutrition apps), and update their profile and notification settings.
We have already added you as a client, so you can log in to the MyCoach app (using the same credentials as your Coach Catalyst login).

When you add a new client to Coach Catalyst, they will automatically receive an email and text message welcoming them to the software (with information on how to download the app and set up their account).
Switching Accounts
If you are on a desktop device, you can toggle between your coach and client account by clicking on your initials (or photo) in the bottom left corner of the screen.
