While we recommend that clients used the MyCoach app (or your personalized branded app), they can log in on a desktop device (using a web browser).
All coaches and clients can log-in at: app.coachcatalyst.com or using the custom subdomain you can set up within your Account Profile
(ex: yourbusiness.coachcatalyst.com).
Custom Subdomain
To find your subdomain:
To change your membership option/plan, click your initials (or photo) in the bottom left of the sidebar and then click on Settings.
Next, go to Organizational Settings and go to the Custom Subdomain section.
Here you can view your custom subdomain (or add or change it).
Click Save in the bottom right corner of the page to finish.
When clients use your custom subdomain, the login page will have your business logo on and your them colors.
