Re-sending the welcome email

How to resend the welcome email to a client.

Sometimes emails get lost or accidentally deleted! You want to make sure your clients receive their welcome email so they can easily set up their account and get their app code.

Here's an easy way to re-send this information to anyone who didn't receive it or can't find it in their inbox.

Go to your client index page and check the box next to any client who didn't receive it. The bulk dropdown will appear and choose Resend Welcome Email.


This will re-send the initial email to those clients. Make sure they check their spam filter as once in a while the welcome email ends up there depending on their provider.

You can also resend a welcome email inside the client's profile from the 'Options' dropdown on the right side of the client's profile.
