If your nutrition tracker data is being overridden by Apple Health, here are the steps to disconnect the Apple Health nutrition data:
Open Settings > Health

Click on Data Access & Devices

Click on MyCoach or Branded App

Deselect Carbohydrates, Dietary Energy, Protein and Total Fat

Fitbit
If your nutrition tracker data is being overridden by Fitbit, here are the steps to disconnect the Fitbit nutrition data:
In the MyCoach or branded app go to the "You" Tab > Connected Apps > FitBit > Click Disconnect > Re-connect FitBit, making sure to deselect "food and water logs"
