Did you receive a Coach Catalyst receipt with a different amount than you expected?
This is likely because your plan was upgraded sometime last month-- congratulations!
When you upgrade your account in the middle of the month, the amount you have already paid for the month and the amount you owe for the month are prorated (charged only for the days you used).
Upgrade Example
Here's an example:
On March 1, you paid $39 for the month of March.
On March 20, you grew to the next tier, which is $79/mo.
We refund the 10 days of the $39 plan you didn't use--($13). This is your Unused Time.
We charge you for the 10 days on the new tier --$26.33. This is your Remaining Time.
We take the sum of the credit and the charge--$13.33--and add it to your next bill.
So on April 1, you are charged $92.33 ($79 for April plus the $13.33 from the last 10 days of March)
Downgrade Example
We would follow the same process if you downgraded your account. Let's say you just got done with a challenge and archive those clients who didn't sign up for a long-term membership. Using the same example:
On May 1, you had 100 clients and paid $99 for the month of May.
On May 20, you are downgraded to only 10 clients in your account ($39/mo).
We refund the 10 days of the original plan you didn't use--($33). This is your Unused Time.
We charge you for the 10 days on the lower plan--$3.90. This is your Remaining Time.
We take the sum of the credit and the charge--($29.10)--and credit it to your next bill.
So on June 1, you are charged $9.90 ($39 for June minus $29.10 credit from May).
