Edit Your Profile
To edit your account, click your initials (or photo) in the bottom left of the sidebar and then click on Settings. From there select the My Profile tab to edit your name and email, upload a profile photo, and change your password.
Add/Edit Your Name
How to add or change your name:
Click your initials (or photo) in the bottom left of the sidebar and then click on Settings.
Select the My Profile tab and enter your first and last name.
Press the Save at the bottom of the page to finish.
Your clients will see your name and organization's name in their daily emails so make sure it is something they will recognize.
Upload/Change Profile Picture
You can add or change your profile picture from either the desktop app or the Coach Catalyst app.
Using the Desktop App
How to add or change your profile picture:
Click your initials (or photo) in the bottom left of the sidebar and then click on Settings.
Select the My Profile tab and head to the Photo section.
Click on the Change button and select your file. Press Save at the bottom of the page to finish.
Using the Coach Catalyst App
How to add or change your profile picture:
Open the Coach Catalyst app and tap on the You tab
Tap on My Profile and tap on the photo icon at the top of the screen.
Choose whether you want to upload an existing photo or use your camera.
Change Your Password
You can change your password from either the desktop app or the Coach Catalyst app.
Using the Desktop App
How to change your password:
Click your initials (or photo) in the bottom left of the sidebar and then click on Settings.
Select the My Profile tab and click on Change Password.
Enter your new password and press Save at the bottom of the page to finish.
Using the Coach Catalyst App
How to change your password:
To change your password, open the Coach Catalyst app and tap on the You tab
Tap on My Profile and select Change Password.
Enter your new password and tap Change Password to finish.
