From the dashboard to get an overview of information on payments, revenue, purchase, and a running list of purchases.
Payment Details
If you are looking for details on your payouts, you can find this under the payouts tab. This will give you the balance. This balance is the amount you are due to be paid from Stripe. If you want more details on your balance/payouts, Go to the Stripe dashboard.
Payouts history will give you historical data of payouts from Stripe. If you want more detail on this information, go to the Stripe dashboard.
View Purchases
To view all of the clients that have purchased a program you can find that information In two places
Dashboard > Filter by Product
Payments > Products > Select the Product to view all of the clients that have completed that purchase.
Each client will not have a tab in their profile 'Purchases'. This will allow you to view all of the products that this client has purchased.
How to Refund a Purchase:
You will need to go to the client's profile to refund the product. Drop down the details on the product (1). Then select Refund Payment (2).
How to Cancel a Subscription
You will need to go to the client's profile to cancel a subscription Drop down the details on the product (1). Then select Cancel Subscipriton (2).
