Building Workout Structures

How to build different workout structures (supersets, tri-sets, giant set, circuit, AMRAP, etc..)

We want to build workouts that are easiest for clients to view and understand. Many workouts are set up as supersets, tri-sets, giant sets, or other variations of a circuit. This circuit is moving from one exercise to the next and it could include rest or not. You have the ability to build this to be what you want it to be for a client.

The video below shows you how to drag to link exercises together as a circuit.

Here is what a circuit or grouped exercise will look like on the client app:

Super-Sets, Tri-Sets, and Giant Sets

Here we suggest titling the block and writing a description that the client will understand. For this to show as a circuit, which a client would move from one exercise to the next in the set amount of time, drag and drop the exercises to be in the same letter group (A1, A2, and so on). The image below shows the exercises as individual movements and will not show to the client as a circuit.

21-15-9 or Named Workout

Here we suggest titling the block the name of the workout or 21-15-9. In the description, write what this means for a client to understand. For this to show as a circuit, which a client would move from one exercise to the next in the set amount of time, drag and drop the exercises to be in the same letter group (A1, A2, and so on).

Building a Workout AMRAP

Here we suggest titling the block the time and AMRAP. In the description, write what this means for a client to understand. For this to show as a circuit, which a client would move from one exercise to the next in the set amount of time, drag and drop the exercises to be in the same letter group (A1, A2, and so on).
