When you chose to create a workout from the program management tab it will open to build a workout that will be saved as a workout template.
You will want to title the workout and write a description for clients to view. Workout descriptions for clients are valuable to explain what you are looking for the client to achieve in any given workout.
The description may also include:
muscle groups being worked
an overview of the workout in the blocks (warm-up, power, strength, metabolic)
workout objectives
anything you find valuable to provide to the client prior to completing this workout
